Whisky thanks for your collaboration this year A masterful union of well-bredThis whisky was distilled by Palliser Distillers Ltd., which is now known as Black Velvet Distillery in Alberta, Canada. The whisky was distilled in 2000, and bottled in 2021, making it a whopping 21 years old. This is a blended Canadian whisky, with a primary mashbill of corn, along with some rye and malt. Only 1100 bottles were made. Nose: Floral with old wood and a hint of grain sweetness Palate: Light fruit sweetness grows to rich honey and spice,
