is like a wonderful line drawing in three dimensions—and all those loops and twists make me think of Calder’s circus

New ones could certainly be added

lined up on this branch and doubled

with its shaggy hair given intensive attention

Teal and Gold Signed Antique Paper Weave framed watercolor painting Most of all I loveAnother finely done antique Froebel kindergarten paper weaving found in Pennsylvania, surely done either by a teacher or a graduate, and with what looks to be a small signature on reverse (and that white on what reverse side is quite lovely too.) With a pretty embossed pattern on the gold paper, late 19th c. or so, I believe. 6 1 8" x 4" and in very good condition.
