The inside of the jacket is not named and does not have a laundry number

Almost all of these fade to various shades of orange due to how the celluloid reacts to light

while a Corps or Regiment Hat badge is placed to its front and the General Service Badge (The Rising Sun) worn on the left brim which is folded up and clipped into place

so it is partly detached from the helmet at present

Here we have a very interesting late 19th century experimental bronze breech loading cannon, mounted on what looks to be a custom 20th century steel carriage. We were not able to find any markings on the cannon, so the history is not entirely clear, but it is very well made. We believe this to have been most likely made at one of the U. S. Arsenals, possibly Springfield, and was made as a scaled down model
