Sheaffer pens had solidified itself as a leader in the luxury pen market

so we are fairly certain it was made at the Lefaucheux Workshop itself in Paris

however it has definitely been shortened by at least 1 1/2" due to use and sharpening

and there is also a bend at the bottom where the swas meets the eagle

It has had a bore width hole drilled into the body, and has a steel bar welded across the bore to prevent loading per BATF requirements. Not Available for Export. This is an incredibly rare example, only the second original example we have ever owned in more than three decades.
