Scapolite is a silicate based mineral composed of aluminium, calcium, and sodium silicate (with various trace elements such as sulfure that adds to its unique tannish yellow hue). Mined primarily from Madagascar. 18" strand of various sizes of beads; 11mm long x 5mm wide to 21mm x 11mm with tiny 1mm holes. Very cool crystals.
